Job summary

Life Services Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience for your designated region, collaborating with regional heads to understand their needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies.

You will manage a varied caseload spanning volume and complex roles, partner with hiring managers, and drive an engaging candidate experience, while exploring apprenticeship pathways to build future talent.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment experience gained in an RPO, agency or in-house environment.
• Experience managing both volume and complex recruitment processes.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to write adverts, design sourcing strategies and assessments.
• Source candidates using varied methods and collaborate with apprenticeship initiatives.
• Create recruitment reports and provide insights on market conditions and KPIs.
