Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Harding+ is seeking a recruiter to help shape what comes next. For 12 months, you’ll work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, combining hands-on recruitment with building processes, automation and AI tools to accelerate hiring across our Bristol and Miami teams and our crews at sea.
You’ll own campaigns for landside roles, source talent directly, build shortlists and collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and remove bottlenecks.
Harding+ has just been named Cruise Retailer of the Year for the fourth time in five years. We’re proud of that, and we have no intention of standing still. Our Talent Acquisition team is partway through a real transformation, rethinking how we find, assess and hire people for our teams in Bristol and Miami, our partner team in Cape Town, and our crews at sea.
We’re looking for a recruiter who wants to help shape what comes next. For the next 12 months, you’ll work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, combining hands‑on recruitment with building the processes, automation and AI tools that will make our hiring quicker, leaner and better for everyone involved.
Your week will start with live recruitment. You’ll own campaigns for our landside roles from briefing to offer, sourcing talent directly, building shortlists and working alongside hiring managers across the business to understand what they need. That day‑to‑day contact matters, because it shows you where our current process works and where it gets in the way.
From there, you’ll help us fix it. You’ll map how candidates and managers move through our recruitment journey, spot where time and effort are lost, and redesign those steps with the Head of Talent Acquisition. Some of the answers will sit in our ATS, Talos. Others will come from automation and AI, in areas such as screening, scheduling and candidate communication.
Helping to build something is only half the job. You’ll help embed it too, bringing hiring managers and the wider team with you, writing guidance and process maps people will actually use, and measuring the difference each change makes. Throughout, you’ll make sure what we build is fair, inclusive and compliant, including how AI is used in hiring.
By the end of the contract, you’ll have left Harding+ with a recruitment model built to scale, and a clear record of what you helped change.
You’ll need an existing right to work in the UK.
The attributes that matter most to us are trust, collaboration, respect, passion, drive and resilience.
