Pigment, the AI-powered business planning platform, is seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to scale our recruiting function across North America and Europe. You will align Technology, GTM, and Corporate hiring with executive leadership, Build a unified, high-performance team, and drive AI-enabled processes to boost efficiency and candidate quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Talent Acquisition with multi-region leadership.
• Experience scaling a company from ~1,000 to 3,000+ employees in tech.
• Proven ability to build or transform TA functions and capacity models.
• Experience across Technology and GTM hiring.
• Strong international leadership and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytics, forecasting, and cost-management mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead global recruiting across Technology, GTM, and G&A.
• Unify recruiting teams under a single global operating model.
• Drive AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and scheduling workflows.
• Define global TA KPIs, dashboards, and forecast hiring needs.
• Improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and hiring quality.
• Partner with Legal and Total Rewards on fair hiring practices.
• Elevate employer brand and candidate experience.
