Job summary

Conduct AI is seeking a founding recruiter to build our talent engine from the ground up in London. You\'ll own the recruiting lifecycle for every role, partnering with founders and managers to set the standard for what great looks like, and you\'ll shape how we present Conduct to candidates in competitive markets.

You\'ll lead fast, warm, and rigorous hiring processes, develop sourcing playbooks, and manage multiple searches with a strong focus on engineering, product, and GTM roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on recruiting, ideally in fast-growing tech environments.
• Strong technical recruiting chops. You\'ve closed software engineers, staff engineers, and product designers.
• Creative sourcing instincts; build pipelines, not just job postings.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with candidates and senior stakeholders.
• A genuine point of view on talent; define and uphold the bar across the team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across all roles from outreach to offers.
• Move quickly with warmth to leave a strong impression on candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to sharpen role definitions and expectations.
• Build and iterate recruiting infrastructure: ATS setup, scorecards, playbooks, templates.
• Manage multiple searches and external partners to maintain quality and pace.
