Job summary

SURI in London seeks a senior HR leader to build recruitment from scratch, establish processes, candidate experience and assessment standards. You will report to the Co-Founder & CCO, with a dotted line to the HR Manager, and work with leadership across commercial, marketing, product, operations and international teams.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to transition to permanent, owning end-to-end searches and global sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• In-house or embedded recruitment experience: minimum 20 years.
• End-to-end search ownership from brief to offer.
• Experience with consumer, DTC, FMCG brands or hiring into one.
• Experience building hiring tools and processes from scratch.
• Some exposure to international hiring.
• Passion for sustainable living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end recruitment processes: role briefs, interview guides, scorecards, offer frameworks.
• Own end-to-end searches across multiple functions and international teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to sharpen briefs and raise assessment standards.
• Report on hiring progress and pipeline health to leadership.
