Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy in London is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and FTC roles. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to source, screen, schedule interviews and drive a compelling candidate experience across multiple departments.

You will optimise hiring processes, provide data-driven insights, and shape recruitment strategies as the business scales. A strong emphasis on diversity and inclusive hiring is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Evidence of genuine interest in D,E&I and inclusive recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruitment processes from job boards to offer stage.
• Source candidates directly via network, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Conduct initial phone and video screens of applicants.
• Build diverse pipelines across departments and roles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Utilise Teamtailor to track candidates through the interview process and reporting.
