Job summary

Apex Resource Management in the Daventry area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. You will support recruitment across multiple roles, advertise vacancies, screen CVs and coordinate interviews.

You’ll maintain candidate records in the ATS, liaise with hiring managers, and help with onboarding. Strong organisational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration or a similar coordination role would be beneficial.
• Recruitment agency or internal recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, professional and personable communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activity across a variety of roles and departments.
• Create and advertise vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Identify potential candidates and build an internal database.
• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with references, background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Support the preparation of offers and onboarding documentation.
• Provide general recruitment administration and maintain accurate recruitment records.
