Job summary

Forrest Recruitment in Sale is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support all recruitment activities across the business, from attracting candidates to onboarding.

The role involves interview support, pre-interview questionnaires, ATS data entry, job advertising, events, and ensuring references, DBS, and right-to-work checks are completed.

This is a busy, varied position that values strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with managers and candidates at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy recruitment environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking database.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Completing pre-interview questionnaires with candidates
• Conducting and assisting with interviews
• Daily use of the applicant tracking system
• Attend job fairs and other external recruitment events
• Using various platforms to advertise vacancies – working closely with line managers to understand their recruitment needs and preparing job adverts and specifications
• Full onboarding of candidates, including preparing offer letters and contracts, through to references, DBS, right to work checks and sponsorship verification
