Job summary

Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 20-hour-per-week basis to support recruitment across the city. This maternity-cover contract reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager – London and focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining Hyatt’s talent standards.

The role involves posting adverts, screening, interviewing, ATS upkeep, and data-driven recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering recruitment activities across London locations.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job adverts on internal and external platforms.
• Review applications and conduct pre-screening and interviews (phone/video/in-person).
• Maintain library of template job adverts and create local hotel job specs.
• Compile recruitment data and market compensation information.
• Support ATS maintenance and data accuracy.
• Create a recruitment photo library for social media and brand.
