Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator (20 hours per week) to support recruitment across London. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager – London and is based primarily at the Churchill location near Marble Arch.

This fixed-term maternity cover offers a structured environment with access to Hyatt’s global employer brand. You will post adverts, screen candidates, and help shape our talent pipeline while delivering a professional

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with candidates and colleagues.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job adverts on internal and external platforms with brand consistency.
• Assist in reviewing applications and conducting pre-screening and interviews via phone, video, or in-person formats.
• Maintain a library of template advertisements and create adaptable job specs for local hotel use.
• Compile and present recruitment data and statistics.
• Research and share market data on compensation and rewards.
• Distribute Talent Acquisition communications, including the weekly vacancy list.
• Oversee ATS data accuracy and usability.
• Maintain recruitment photo library for social media posts.
