Responsibilities

• Schedules interviews and travel between candidates and hiring managers with recruiters.
• Updates HRIS recruiting system for new hires and transfers; completes paperwork.
• Maintains daily/weekly candidate reports related to Talent Acquisition.
• Processes background check invoice payments and tracking.
• Directs questions to appropriate HR teams; supports onboarding communications.
• Researches issues with HR groups and answers candidate/employee questions.
• Keeps candidates informed of progress of applications and requisitions.
• Assists recruiters to review applications and screen candidates.
