Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships Ltd is seeking a motivated Recruitment team member to support apprentices recruitment in construction. You will handle advertising, applications, screenings, and interviews, ensuring a smooth process and strong candidate experience.

Based in central London with Friday work from home, you will collaborate with candidates, clients and the team to maintain efficient recruitment activities and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and confident telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Experience in a general office/administration role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advertise, amend and remove vacancies.
• Review and process candidate applications and CVs.
• Conduct telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
• Deliver presentations to candidates.
• Create and update job descriptions, vacancy templates and recruitment materials.
• Manage candidate communications, progression and rejection processes.
• Complete background checks and process relevant industry licences and cards.
• Coordinate outreach with referral partners and communicate opportunities.
• Manage recruitment content across social media platforms.
• Oversee recruitment advertising budgets and vacancy performance.
• Represent the company at careers fairs and outreach events.
