Job summary

K10 Apprenticeships Ltd in London is seeking a motivated and organised recruitment team member to support the ongoing recruitment of apprentices across construction roles. The purpose is to manage the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through interviewing, vetting and onboarding, while working closely with candidates, clients and the team to ensure efficiency.

The ideal candidate will handle advertising, CV review, screenings and interviews, and participate in outreach at careers

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to use your own initiative.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Previous office or administration experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advertise, amend and remove vacancies.
• Review and process candidate applications and CVs.
• Conduct telephone screenings and face-to-face candidate interviews.
• Deliver presentations to candidates.
• Create and update job descriptions, vacancy templates and recruitment materials.
• Manage candidate communications, progression and rejection processes.
• Complete background checks and process relevant industry licences and cards.
• Manage outreach with referral partners and communicate new opportunities.
• Manage recruitment content across social media platforms.
• Manage recruitment advertising budgets and vacancy performance.
• Represent the company at careers fairs, jobs fairs and outreach events.
