Aquent, a leading global talent solutions company, seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to energize university talent initiatives and redefine the candidate journey.

You will schedule interviews, coordinate events, maintain candidate records, and partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless, positive experience for every candidate. This role offers exposure to a fast-paced organisation and strategic hiring collaboration.

• Experience coordinating a high-volume candidate flow (e.g., 10-100+).
• Strong problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent data handling and analytics mindset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate interview scheduling and evaluation meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage single- and multi-candidate hiring events, including candidate travel.
• Move candidates through recruitment with timely status updates and escalations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
• Provide follow-up communications on recruiting status.
• Identify scheduling efficiencies and propose improvements.
• Support internship hiring workflows and debriefs after internships.
• Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize candidates and balance workload.
