Job summary

Zuno, the UK’s largest home energy installer, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing recruitment team in Leeds. You will manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer, sourcing and assessing candidates, and support hiring managers to deliver recruitment objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience (agency or high-volume TA).
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• End-to-end recruitment methodologies and multi-channel sourcing tactics.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases to engage talent pools.
• Competency-based interviews and strong candidate experience.
• Proficiency with modern ATS and MS Office.

• Manage recruitment from vacancy briefing to offer stage.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; coordinate with hiring managers.

The Role

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in agency recruitment or high volume talent acquisition role.

• Ability to manage multiple active vacancies concurrently while maintaining high quality of hire.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment methodologies and multi-channel sourcing tactics.
• Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases to engage both active and passive talent pools.
• Confident in conducting initial screening calls and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Demonstrated capability to partner with hiring managers and deliver an outstanding, collaborative candidate experience.
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Teamtailor) alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; proactive, results-driven, and highly organized when working toward time-to-fill targets.
• A natural problem-solver with a genuine drive to optimise recruitment processes.
