Zuno in Leeds is seeking a proactive Planner to coordinate emergency callouts and planned repair work, ensuring fast, efficient responses to service issues. You will schedule engineers, update job statuses, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.

Based in our Leeds office, the role requires strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Receive and handle incoming callout requests via phone, email, or online systems.
• Prioritise emergency repair requests based on urgency and safety considerations.
• Schedule and dispatch engineers or technicians to customer locations promptly.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the callout process.
• Record and update customer details, call logs, and job statuses in the system.
• Liaise between customers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth resolution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies during call handling.
