Zuno is seeking an Engineer Scheduler to join our Leeds team. You will partner with engineers and customers to manage schedules and resolve issues, while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role focuses on proactive planning, strong communication, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment at our Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities

• Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload
• Communicate with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance
• Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise
• Build relationships with different teams within the company
• Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking

Who You Are

• Confident speaking with engineers and customers over the phone on a daily basis
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and engineers
• Proactive, hardworking and motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong team focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft and Google software and able to learn new systems quickly
• Able to remain calm, organised and effective when working under pressure
• Friendly, approachable and confident in your communication style
• A positive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
