Eden Recruitment is partnering with a global financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its in-house team in London. The role covers early careers and lateral recruitment across EMEA and APAC, supporting graduate programmes, internships and senior hires.

You will manage assessment centres, interview schedules across time zones, liaise with senior stakeholders and ensure candidates receive an excellent experience throughout.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Early Careers & Lateral Recruitment

West End, London | £45,000 + Excellent Benefits | 12-Month FTC | 4 Days in Office

Eden Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its established in-house recruitment team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Coordinator looking to broaden their experience across both early careers and lateral recruitment within an international business.

Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment process, from graduate and internship programmes through to experienced and senior-level appointments.

The position offers plenty of variety, including coordinating assessment centres, managing complex interview schedules, liaising with senior stakeholders and ensuring candidates receive an excellent experience throughout.

You'll be joining a busy, collaborative team where organisation, initiative and the ability to stay one step ahead are essential. The business is also investing in recruitment technology and process improvements, offering the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape more efficient ways of working.

The Role

• Coordinate early careers and lateral recruitment processes across EMEA and APAC.
• Support graduate, internship and campus recruitment programmes, including assessment centres and candidate events.
• Organise high-volume interview schedules, assessment days and recruitment activities, both virtually and in person.
• Manage complex interview coordination for experienced and senior-level appointments across international time zones.
• Build strong working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
• Proactively manage interview feedback, candidate communications and next steps to ensure recruitment processes progress smoothly.
• Support offer management, contracts, background screening and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and reporting.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and the development of recruitment systems and automation.

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, early careers, graduate recruitment or lateral hiring.
• Strong experience managing interview schedules, multiple stakeholders and competing recruitment priorities.
• Experience organising assessment centres, graduate recruitment programmes or high-volume interviews would be particularly advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• A proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and anticipating what needs to happen next.
• Comfortable working across international teams and coordinating activity across different time zones.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.
• Experience within financial or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.

We're keen to hear from candidates who have developed strong coordination experience in either early careers or lateral recruitment. You don't need to have worked across both previously; what matters is your ability to manage complex processes, take initiative and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
