In this wide ranging position some of what you will contribute to:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and anticipate talent needs, challenge role requirements, and enhance recruitment capability through objective support across outlined business areas
• Deliver effective, forward-thinking and innovative talent acquisition strategies, promoting consistent approaches and experiences that foster equity and are brand aligned
• End-to-end lead on senior talent drives and bespoke emerging careers selection processes within outlined business areas
• Utilise data and insights to continuously improve hiring processes, drive winning outcomes, and influence key stakeholders
• Support and guide a Talent Acquisition Advisor, encouraging their development and push each other to be better, sharper and faster

What you'll bring to the grid in this Talent Acquisition Business Partner role:

• Extensive experience in a business facing, strategic Talent Acquisition position - ideally with strong in-house experience
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers at all levels of the business
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent attraction strategies across multiple channels
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data to drive decision making, recruitment insights and process improvements
• Leadership experience: coaching, developing and elevating talent currently in the TA team (one direct report)

Location: Red Bull Technology Campus, Milton Keynes (MK7)

Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

Where you'll work: Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
