Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Group Functions and Enterprise Divisions, and joining a growing recruitment function, this position is key to drive recruitment best practices and high-touch business partnering support. You will embed and promote our enhanced recruitment model for the group internationally. The successful candidate will have experience embedding consistent and structured recruitment practices both in the UK and internationally, and hiring in fast-paced, highly commercial, and entrepreneurial environments. Additionally, you will work with the TA Lead, the wider TA team, and other Centres of Expertise (CoE) to deliver HR strategic initiatives and priorities. Key Accountabilities

  1. Embed the centralised recruitment model across Group Functions and Enterprise Divisions.
  2. Work with senior stakeholders to build the recruitment team brand and encourage managers to engage with the recruitment team at all levels.
  3. Lead on strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, working with other CoE's & HRBP's, aligned with the wider HR plan to support business growth and high performance.
  4. Own the end-to-end recruitment process for your client groups, from initiation through onboarding and pre-hire.
  5. Be an employer brand ambassador for the group, delivering a first-class candidate experience at all stages.
  6. Work closely with the wider HR team and line managers to understand resourcing needs.
  7. Proactively source talent using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, online forums, and CV databases.
  8. Build and evolve assessment tools as needed.
  9. Contribute to the recruitment process by advising hiring managers, leading interviews, and ensuring an inclusive hiring process.
  10. Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics, ensuring D&I features are incorporated.
  11. Coach managers to improve interviewing and assessment skills, and educate the business on recruitment approaches.
  12. Advocate for hiring diverse talent through various sourcing and assessment techniques.
  13. Maintain the Workday Recruiting ATS for accurate reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  1. Experienced in identifying great talent for current and future roles.
  2. Skilled in Workday Recruiting (or similar ATS), direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and stakeholder management.
  3. Ability to think strategically beyond daily tasks, supporting strategic initiatives.
  4. Collaborative team player with drive and ambition.
  5. Commercial awareness and stakeholder understanding.
  6. Adaptable to change.
  7. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and generate quality candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.
  9. Strong attention to detail and independence.
  10. Flexible, quick thinker with a can-do attitude.
  11. Interest or experience in financial services/insurance is desirable.

This role is for a fixed term of 18 months.
