As part of the talent acquisition team, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions to attract top talent, ensuring diversity and strategic capability for future growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make a difference, grow, and develop within a fast-paced, transformational environment.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Group Functions and Enterprise Divisions, you will be integral to embedding and promoting our recruitment model internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing structured recruitment practices both in the UK and globally, and be adept at hiring in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings. You will collaborate with the wider TA team and HR to support strategic HR initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Embed the centralized recruitment model across Group Functions and Divisions.
  2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance the recruitment brand and engage managers at all levels.
  3. Lead strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives aligned with the HR plan to drive business growth and high performance.
  4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned client groups.
  5. Act as an employer brand ambassador, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
  6. Work closely with HR and managers to understand resourcing needs.
  7. Proactively source talent using various channels.
  8. Develop and refine assessment tools as needed.
  9. Provide best practice advice, lead interviews, and promote inclusive hiring.
  10. Generate reports on recruitment metrics, including D&I features.
  11. Coach hiring managers to improve interview and assessment skills.
  • Advocate for diverse talent sourcing and hiring practices.
  • Maintain the Workday ATS for accurate reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in recruiting for current and future roles.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic thinking beyond daily operations.
  • Collaborative, driven, and positive attitude.
  • Commercial awareness and stakeholder understanding.
  • Adaptability and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
  • Interest or experience in financial services/insurance is a plus.

This role is for a fixed term of 18 months.
