Job summary

Butlin's is seeking a Recruitment Advisor for our Skegness resort. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for both volume and specialist roles, sourcing proactively and managing the candidate experience from advert to day one.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, run group and one-to-one interviews, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR. You will maintain ATS records, support diversity data reporting, and help improve hiring processes across the People team.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment across volume and specialist roles.
• Excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn and CV databases.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience running group recruitment events and one-to-one interviews.
• Ability to advise leaders and act as a critical friend in decision making.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-find talent in challenging recruitment climates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hire.
• Draft and post job adverts on Pinpoint and ensure proper advertising.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews and group sessions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and CV databases.
• Advise hiring managers on selection methods and interview best practice.
• Issue offer letters and ensure candidates have information for day one.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
• Support audits, reporting, time-to-hire and diversity data.
• Contribute to recruitment process improvements and projects.
