Job summary

Butlin's is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment across resort roles at Skegness. You will draft adverts on Pinpoint, screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and group sessions.

Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and CV databases, plus advising hiring managers on selection methods, is essential. You will maintain ATS records, ensure GDPR/compliance, and support diversity reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of end-to-end recruitment across volume and specialist roles.
• Excellent communication skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Direct sourcing using a range of channels including LinkedIn and CV databases.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience in running group recruitment events and one-to-one interviews.
• Ability to offer guidance to leaders and be a critical friend in decision making.
• Experience in challenging recruitment climates and sourcing hard-to-find talent.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment for resort roles, from vacancy approval to hired status.
• Draft and post job adverts on Pinpoint and ensure they are advertised appropriately.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews and group recruitment sessions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other CV databases.
• Provide hiring managers with advice on selection methods and interview best practice.
• Issue offer letters and ensure candidates have information for their first day.
• Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure GDPR and equality compliance.
• Support audits and reporting requirements, including time-to-hire and diversity data.
• Contribute to continuous recruitment process improvements and People Team projects.
• Participate in employer branding, careers events, or outreach activities.
