Job summary

March Recruitment is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Talent and HR team in the UK. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns for permanent roles, creating engaging adverts and building talent pools while partnering with hiring managers, HR colleagues and agencies to secure top talent.

You will champion equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support onboarding with the wider HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
• Strong recruitment administration and interview coordination.
• Experience writing job adverts and candidate attraction channels.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong attention to recruitment records and reporting data.
• Proactive approach to improving recruitment processes.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment campaigns for permanent vacancies.
• Manage recruitment administration, including candidate communication, interview scheduling and coordination.
• Create engaging job adverts and identify effective channels to attract quality talent.
• Oversee candidate sourcing and maintain talent pools to support current and future vacancies.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies, providing regular updates.
• Ensure recruitment practices promote equality, diversity and inclusion while delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Work with the wider HR team and line managers to support effective onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.
• Represent the organisation at recruitment events and career fairs to build talent networks.
