Butlin's in Skegness is seeking an HR professional to join the People Team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will handle employee relations across 1,200+ team members, guiding leaders through disciplinaries, grievances, and performance improvement plans in line with policy and current employment law.

You will embed policies and support retention and engagement initiatives. The role requires CIPD Level 5 or above and strong relationship-building skills to coach leaders and manage complex ER

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high volume of complex ER cases.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory updates.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office for data interpretation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations to leaders across the resort.
• Support managers in handling disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues in line with policy.
• Coach leaders to manage probation, absence, and wellbeing while embedding policies.
