Job summary

Janus Henderson is seeking a proactive Client Operations professional to strengthen oversight of third party providers and monitor core processes. You will maintain effective relationships with external partners, perform routine controls, resolve queries, and support change initiatives within regulatory guidelines.

This hybrid role offers collaboration across Distribution and Product teams, with a focus on improving client experience and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or meaningful professional qualifications or some industry experience.
• Experience of supporting direct clients, institutional clients and platforms.
• Product knowledge of UK / Luxembourg and Irish pooled vehicles.
• Makes quick, clear decisions with sound judgement by comparing data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Work with third party providers to ensure oversight and monitoring of controls is performed to required standards.
• Establish and maintain close, effective relationships with third party providers.
• Carry out daily checklist tasks in Client Operations including monitoring debtors/creditors, investor dealing and settlement, income payments, and account maintenance.
• Review work of SS&C / IFDS to ensure it meets standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Distribution and Product to deliver changes and provide adaptable operational support within regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze MI to identify service issues early and design improvements to client experience.
• Manage and resolve internal and external queries using team resources.
• Propose and implement best practices across jurisdictions; support Senior Client Operations Manager as needed.
