Job summary

Janus Henderson is seeking a detail-oriented reporting professional to own production of factsheets, client reports, and related BAU tasks within a hybrid working environment in Greater London. The role involves Vermilion pre-checks, quarterly updates, and ongoing project support with the IT team.

You will ensure regulatory alignment, maintain logs, and train others for self-service, while handling high volumes and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have previous factsheet and/or reporting experience (1-3 years preferred).
• Experience in the investment management industry with knowledge of investment products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of production of all ranges of factsheets, commentaries and other BAU tasks (e.g., Vermilion pre-checks, monthly running, disclaimer changes, client bespoke reports, statement mailing, DC institutional updates, procedure updates).
• Maintain communication logs for the factsheet process and provide project support to IT and other teams.
• Involve in detailed testing of new systems and manage internal/external queries including team inbox.
• Become subject matter expert for Vermilion data systems and train others for self-service.
• Monitor regulatory changes and brand guidelines to keep reporting deliverables up to date.
• Compile monthly/quarterly management information and continuously improve processes.
