Mattioli Woods is seeking a T&C Partner to own the day-to-day delivery of the Training & Competence scheme within the Wealth Division. You will work with Compliance, Supervisors and Directors to ensure FCA SYSC and SM&CR compliance across the group.

The role involves scheme oversight, MI reporting, CPD activity, and coordinating audits and certification processes with MW Education and Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in training & competence (T&C) and regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Ability to produce MI and governance-level reporting.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple concurrent processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day T&C delivery for Wealth Division.
• Be main regional point of contact for Training & Competence queries.
• Support audits, data quality, and MI reporting for line management.
