The Openwork Partnership is seeking a Training & Competence Supervisor to support quality, standards and risk oversight across our advice network. You’ll collaborate with Partner Firms, Advisers and Practice Supervisors, acting as a trusted partner to drive improvements and align with Openwork's strategic ambitions.

This is a field-based role, with nationwide coverage across Swindon, Midlands, North West, Leeds & Yorkshire.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising Advisers and providing technical guidance.
• Strong understanding of the FCA T&C handbook and wider regulatory environment.
• Equity Release Qualification in progress or planned within 12 months.

Mansioni

• Deliver Supervision according to Openwork’s Assurance Model and Supervision Framework.
• Ensure effective oversight and engagement of Practice Supervisors where appropriate.
• Apply risk management with root cause analysis and remedial actions; engage with Partner Firms/Advisors.
• Use MI/Data to identify patterns and focus supervision priorities.
• Influence conduct and client outcomes across stakeholders.
• Balance commerciality and regulatory risk in role performance.
• Plan and organize supervision activities to meet regulatory requirements.
