Job summary

Seven Investment Management LLP seeks a Training & Competence Manager to lead practical delivery and ongoing management of the T&C framework for advisers and client-facing staff. You will evidence knowledge, skills and behaviours and support day-to-day T&C activity across regulated roles.

You will design and deliver targeted training with Private Wealth, Compliance and People, working with external providers to raise standards and meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date regulatory knowledge and internal procedures for investment advice.
• Experience designing and delivering T&C activity to regulated roles.
• Ability to evidence competence through effective assessments and records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage the Training & Competence framework for advisers and regulated roles.
• Coordinate with Private Wealth, Compliance, People and external providers to develop content.
• Tailor training to different advice roles and levels of experience within Private Wealth.
• Provide MI and insights on completion, engagement and competence risks to managers.
• Carry out regular competence assessments, document outcomes and support FCA Certification sign-off.
