Job summary

Mattioli Woods Limited is seeking a detail-oriented T&C Partner to drive day-to-day delivery of the Training & Competence scheme within the Wealth Division. You will work closely with T&C Supervisors, Wealth Management Directors, Compliance and the Group T&C Officer to ensure FCA SYSC compliance and SMCR obligations are met across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a T&C or regulatory compliance function in wealth management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Training & Competence (T&C) schemes across the Wealth Division.
• Support T&C Supervisors, Wealth Management Directors, Compliance and Group T&C Officer.
• Maintain T&C records: observations, PDPs, audit feedback and 1-2-1 documentation.
• Collaborate with People and Systems to improve processes and digitalisation.
• Produce monthly CPD reporting and MI for governance audiences.
• Prepare scheme MI reports and board packs for Wealth Management Directors.
