Systems Training Manager (Hybrid Working) based in Epworth House, Derby
Permanent - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Salary: £38,725 rising to £40,185 per annum following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
This is a new opportunity to lead and develop a team of systems learning specialists, shaping systems training across a large multi-site charity. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective system training and support.
Remote working with an 80/20 split between home and Derby head office, with occasional travel to sites in England and Wales.
Experience in developing, delivering, and leading system training is essential. Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing teams are also required.
