Job summary

Lightfoot is seeking a Customer Technical Support Associate (Systems) to support fleet accounts across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on remote technical diagnosis, portal administration and proactive fleet health, with two office days weekly at Exeter.

You will own technical cases in Salesforce, provide self-serve guidance, escalate when needed, and maintain system configurations to align with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for a portfolio of fleet accounts.
• Own technical cases from investigation to resolution in Salesforce.
• Coordinate effective handovers when remote resolution isn’t possible.
• Maintain fleet health through portal management and configuration updates.
• Provide self-serve guidance and portal support to customers.
• Log calls accurately and keep customers informed of progress.
• Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.
