Job summary

Lightfoot is seeking a Customer Technical Support Associate to manage service calls, installations and removals for a growing portfolio of fleet accounts in the UK and Europe. The role operates in a hybrid setup with two office days per week in Exeter and 37.5 hours weekly, focusing on case ownership, guidance and timely resolution.

You will work with Salesforce, portal management, and Lightfoot self-serve tools while maintaining high data quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a portfolio of fleet accounts and handling service calls, installations and removals.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for case management and reporting.
• Ability to provide clear guidance and timely resolution to customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support within the Customer Operations Support team for Lightfoot fleet accounts.
• Manage service calls, installations and removals across the UK and Europe, including portal administration.
• Coordinate with engineers and fitting resources for on-site activities and update Salesforce and the Lightfoot portal.
