Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for inbound queries, help identify issues before customers notice them, and collaborate with product teams to enhance integrations and knowledge resources. This is a hybrid, full-time position in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting clients via phone, email or online meetings.
