Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a System Support Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide technical support across the business, diagnose issues, and contribute to development and enhancements of company systems.

The role offers hands-on IT support with opportunities to work on software development projects using C#, .NET, and SQL, within a friendly, family-run environment in Hythe, Kent.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class IT support to users across all departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues.
• Set up new starters including user accounts, hardware and access.
• Maintain Windows-based environments and document technical steps.
• Monitor systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with implementing new technologies and business systems.
• Develop reports and query data using SQL Server.
