You will support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and server environments, write SQL queries, and develop internal tools in C# and .NET. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users across the business.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, software and peripherals.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and server environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Develop internal software components using C# and .NET.
• Write SQL queries and data extracts as needed.
• Produce clear system documentation.
• Prioritise requests using the IT ticketing system.
• Ensure health and safety and security standards are followed.
