Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a System Support Engineer in Hythe, Kent to join a friendly team. You will provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and assist on software development projects using C#, .NET, and SQL.

You’ll work closely with the IT Manager, helping to ensure systems run smoothly and securely, with opportunities for progression within a growing, family‑run business.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or Service Desk.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class IT support to users across departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Set up new starters with user accounts, hardware and access.
• Maintain and support Windows-based environments and documentation.
• Support development projects using C#/.NET and SQL where needed.
