Job summary

You will be the first point of contact for system queries, audit data for anomalies and ensure reporting is kept on schedule to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for queries relating to HR, T&A and CRM systems.
• Oversee accuracy, integrity and smooth running of information in our systems.
• Audit data and investigate anomalies, discrepancies and anything that looks wrong.
• Produce regular KPI reports and ad-hoc reports for the business.
• Use Excel to analyse, manipulate and present information.
• Keep reporting on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and processes.
