Resource Management Solutions in Darlington, County Durham, England is seeking a Systems & Reporting Administrator to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of our HR, Time & Attendance and CRM systems, and to produce the reporting the business relies on. You will use Excel to analyse data, build reports, and identify anomalies, with opportunities to improve processes and automation.

This role offers a hands-on path to broader systems development within RMS.

• Must be organised, analytical and detail-focused.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience working with business systems.
• Ability to understand data and identify anomalies.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for queries relating to our HR, T&A and CRM systems.
• Oversee the accuracy, integrity and smooth running of information held within our systems.
• Audit data and investigate anomalies, discrepancies and anything that doesn't look right.
• Produce regular KPI reports and ad-hoc reports for the business.
• Use Excel to analyse, manipulate and present information.
• Keep reporting on schedule and make sure deadlines are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting and processes.
