ReeVR Talent is seeking an ERP Systems Engineer to own a major ERP implementation across production, procurement, quality and logistics in Reading with hybrid working.

You will translate business requirements into practical systems, help define requirements, improve processes, manage data migration and ensure the ERP platform scales with growth. You will communicate with shop-floor teams up to senior leadership, driving tangible improvements.

I’m working with a forward-thinking, high-technology business that has developed an incredibly innovative product, and they’re now looking for an ERP Systems Engineer to help shape the next stage of their growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ERP Systems Engineer who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and building systems properly from the ground up.

As the ERP Systems Engineer, you’ll take ownership of a major ERP implementation, working across production, procurement, quality and logistics. You’ll help define requirements, improve processes, manage data migration and ensure the new system becomes a genuine platform for growth.

They’re looking for an ERP Systems Engineer who is technically capable, commercially minded and full of energy, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a genuine impact.

You’ll be an ERP Systems Engineer who can communicate confidently with everyone from shop-floor teams through to senior leadership, translating business requirements into practical systems and processes.
