Job summary

Recruitment Revolution is seeking a field-based Senior ERP Consultant to deliver ERP implementations across industries across the UK. You will lead discovery, gather requirements, map processes and train users to achieve measurable improvements for customers.

The role requires travel across the UK, strong stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with Support, Product and Development to resolve issues and enhance delivery. Salary 55,000–65,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least five years experience implementing, consulting on or advising ERP systems.
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations with strong customer outcomes.
• Experience improving, optimising or leading change within ERP environments.
• Strong knowledge of stock, purchasing, order management, fulfilment, finance and reporting.
• Solid SQL and technical capability, with the ability to investigate data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ERP implementation projects across different industries.
• Lead optimisation, improvement and change projects within existing customer environments.
• Understand customer workflows and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Run discovery, requirements gathering, process mapping, training and go-live support.
• Configure solutions and support customers through implementation and adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and day-to-day users.
• Challenge customer assumptions constructively when there is a better way to achieve the outcome.
• Use SQL and data investigation to support configuration, troubleshooting and validation.
• Work closely with Support, Product and Development to resolve issues and improve delivery.
• Feed customer insight back into our business to improve the product, process and customer experience.
• Help shape how implementation and Customer Success are delivered as our business grows.

Salary: £42,500 - 72,000 per year

Requirements

• At least five years experience implementing, consulting on or advising around ERP systems.


• Proven experience delivering successful ERP implementations and strong customer outcomes.


• Experience improving, optimising or leading change within existing ERP customer environments.


• Strong knowledge of processes such as stock, purchasing, order management, fulfilment, finance and reporting.


• Solid SQL and technical capability, with the confidence to investigate data and get under the hood when required.


• Experience running discovery, requirements gathering and business process mapping.


• Confidence training users and working with non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge, guide and influence.


• The ability to bring structure and calm when customers are under pressure.


• A practical, proactive mindset and willingness to get involved wherever the customer or wider business needs you.


• The flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and stay away from home regularly.

This is a field-based, customer-facing Senior ERP Consultant role offering a salary of 55,000–65,000 plus car allowance and benefits on a permanent full-time basis. We are a small, agile and fast-moving software business, and you will have genuine ownership of customer outcomes, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to influence project delivery, product development and Customer Success. You will travel extensively across the UK with regular overnight stays, working closely with customers to make ERP genuinely work for them and deliver measurable improvements.
