Reevr Talent Ltd. is seeking an ERP Systems Engineer in Reading to own a major ERP implementation across production, procurement, quality and logistics. You will define requirements, manage data migration and ensure the new system becomes a scalable platform for growth.

The role requires clear communication with shop-floor teams through to senior leadership, translating business needs into practical system changes. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility around location and hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP implementations across manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a major ERP implementation across production, procurement, quality and logistics.
