Job summary

Eaton Wimborne in Dorset is seeking a Systems Engineer to support new product development in the Mission Systems Division. You will manage requirements, develop system architecture, and assist integration and test across UK and global teams, with a focus on thermal fluid and avionics systems.

The role requires experience in safety-critical environments, familiarity with MBSE and tools such as DOORS, Cradle, Jama, EA and CAMEO, and a willingness to learn and migrate engineering processes in ITAR

Qualifications

• Experience in systems engineering in safety-critical development environments or via relevant training (aerospace, automotive, defence).
• Strong requirements management and traceability practices.
• MBSE tooling experience (DOORS, EA, CAMEO, SYSML, SYSMOD) and lifecycle understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and contribute to system architecture development.
• Support system integration and test across UK and global teams.
• Migrate requirements management from CRADLE to DOORS NG and architecture modelling from EA to CAMEO.
