Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join the Group Information Services team in Hatfield (Hybrid). The role focuses on implementing new functionality, upgrades, standardisation, and process improvements across diverse technologies, coordinating with technical and business teams.

You will lead requirements workshops, define processes, and ensure alignment with ITIL practices while delivering enhancements and new components.

Qualifications

7+ years in a similar Business Analyst/Project management role and 3+ years in IT Service Management.
Lead BA and PM for an application development project in a medium to large company.
Experience delivering enhancement requests for a core business system.

Responsibilities

Analyse enhancement requests with users and stakeholders, prioritise and collaborate with in-house and external teams.
Define requirements, processes, procedures and reporting for new modules and applications.
Lead workshops to align requirements across technical and business teams.
Ensure solutions align with industry best practice and maintain competitive position.
Own delivery of enhancements and new components, ensure thorough testing and adherence to requirements.
Work in geographically distributed Agile teams, write user stories, perform demos and create documentation.
Produce project plans, highlight reports and risk/issue logs when required.
