Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting a System Administrator in Milton Keynes (MK10 0AA) to join our Waitrose customer team. You will work within the systems department responsible for Inbound (deliveries coming in).

This full-time, permanent role operates on a 5 out of 7 weekly rota with shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. You will support users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system performance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Office data entry experience beneficial; training provided.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Ability to work on own initiative and multitask under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily clerical tasks as directed by Team Leader/Co-ordinator.
• Receive delivery notes from drivers and process them on the system (JDA).
• Report non-conformance paperwork to ensure supplier standards.
• Verify and sign proof of delivery for inbound deliveries.
• Assist Operations with essential tasks to ensure smooth running.
