Job summary

GXO in Milton Keynes is seeking a System Administrator to join the team supporting the Waitrose customer. The role is full-time and permanent, with a rotating shift pattern covering 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, 5 days a week, working within the inbound systems team.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, enter delivery notes (JDA), and support users to ensure smooth operations. Benefits include a company pension, 24/7 online GP, and GXO University access.

Qualifications

• Previous office data entry experience would be advantageous but not essential (Training will be provided).
• Customer focused with strong communication skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work on own initiative, under pressure, and multitask with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery notes from drivers and enter into the system (JDA).
• Verify and sign proof of delivery documents for invoicing accuracy.
• Report non-conformance paperwork to ensure supplier compliance.
• Assist with essential operations tasks to maintain smooth day-to-day activities.
