Job summary

MBDA in Bristol is seeking a System Engineer to join the Platform Data Link Terminal Team within the Data Links department. You will develop MBSE RF skills and work on a busy weapon system programme for UK and international customers, ensuring high standards across the sub-system.

You will manage requirements, publish designs, advise on in-service queries, perform model-based engineering with Rhapsody, and contribute to validation and certification of changes, while collaborating with project

Qualifications

• Experience of MBSE using SysML and UML, preferably with Rhapsody.
• Understanding of System Engineering processes (spec, test and integration).
• Experience solving technical problems in electrical systems.
• Team player with collaborative attitude and can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and publish Certificates of Designs.
• Provide advice on in-service support queries.
• Solve problems using trials data and electrical drawings.
• Undertake MBSE modelling using Rhapsody.
• Produce and review engineering papers and update plans.
