Job summary

MBDA UK Ltd in Stevenage is seeking an RF Systems Lead Engineer to coordinate data link systems on a new weapons programme, including requirements management, system modelling, and V&V planning. You will lead a small team of RF engineers and work closely with suppliers and customers.

The role demands expertise in RF technologies and end-to-end systems design across the product lifecycle, with supplier management and strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

Experience in RF system design and full product lifecycle engineering.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with suppliers/customers.
Proven track record in requirements definition and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Coordinate systems engineering activities across the weapon system project.
Define system architecture and manage development activities (requirements, modelling, V&V).
Lead a small team of RF systems engineers.
Engage with internal and external suppliers to ensure delivery.
