Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking an RF Systems Lead Engineer to head the data link systems work on a new weapons system programme. You will lead a small team of RF systems engineers and act as the main technical contact for the Data Links element with suppliers and customers.

The role involves coordinating systems engineering activities, defining the system architecture, managing requirements, system modelling, and proving plans (V&V), as well as supporting bids.

Qualifications

• RF knowledge and system-level design for RF comms.
• Strong systems engineering with end-to-end lifecycle and supplier management.
• Customer-facing skills desirable and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team.
